Borough’s high streets to light up for Christmas

Release Date: 06 November 2017

High streets across the borough are about to light up for Christmas with a little help from Richmond Council.

It’s just over a month to go to Christmas and the Richmond Council elves have been busy, with local Villages receiving a share of £30,000 to contribute towards their events and bring cheer to all their residents and visitors.

Also on Friday 24 November, Hampton Hill High Street will play host to a vintage car show, live music, pony rides and stalls for Hampton Hill’s Christmas Parade.

Then on Friday 1 December, Kew Village will sparkle with singing and instrumental performances from local school children, and a Christmas trail through Kew Gardens.
