Richmond Council’s Deputy Mayor, Cllr Kate Howard, said:
“I’m delighted to support Rock for Cancer and raise awareness of a very important charity in Breast Cancer Now. This is deeply significant to me and my family as my sister recovered recently from a very strong strain of breast cancer and underwent chemotherapy for nearly two years. So it’s really important that people support this charity. It’ll be a great day out so book your tickets now to avoid disappointment.”
Joe O’Connor, of the Twickenham Club, added:
“We’re delighted that the Deputy Mayor is supporting our event to make it even more special. It’s going to be a great day and lots of good fun.”
