Richmond Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, Cllr Lisa Blakemore, said:

There is still funding available for residents who are eligible to apply so please come to us and we may well be able to help. With temperatures set to become even colder we would like to see applications for this vital Council service to increase further – so apply today.”
