A new community parking zone (CPZ) will be launched in Teddington, following a public consultation.
Last year, the Council consulted residents on proposals to increase the hours of the CPZ in Waldegrave Road and to introduce a new CPZ in a number of roads north of the CPZ. The feedback showed support for both proposals.
Richmond Council has reviewed all the feedback received from residents and determined that there is sufficient support to move forward with the changes.

Richmond Council’s Cabinet Member for Highways and Streetscene, Cllr Peter Buckwell, said:
“The purpose of these measures is to alleviate parking problems and traffic congestion. The Council has carried out a number of wide-spread consultations on these proposals and listened to resident’s concerns.”
The new CPZ will come into operation, with the new operational hours in Waldegrave Road, Teddington on Monday 20 March 2017. It will be reviewed after around six months of operation.
