Primary school competition

Earlier this year we launched a flag design competition for primary school aged pupils in the borough. Over 400 designs were submitted.

The winner, selected by Sir David Attenborough, is:

The winning flag design is being transformed into a full-sized flag and will be displayed on the flag pole outside the Civic Centre in Twickenham.
