Our application process has four stages.
Once you have decided you would like to apply to our Graduate Development Programme, the first stage of the process is to complete our online application process. We will ask you to provide your CV which should contain key information such as your contact details and we will ask you to provide a supporting statement addressing a series of questions.
If your application has been successful, we will ask you to complete a series of psychometric tests which will assess your numerical, verbal and critical reasoning.
If clarity is needed on your application form, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to conduct a telephone interview.
If you are successful following the psychometric testing and potential telephone interview, we will invite you to attend a day long assessment centre. This will include two written assignments, a presentation and interview.
The assessment day is due to take place on Wednesday 4 July 2018. It is very important that you are able to attend on this day, should you make it to this stage in the process.
Offers are made to successful candidates shortly after the assessment centre has taken place. Placements begin in September.
We are only able to provide feedback to candidates who are unsuccessful at the assessment centre stage.
