Updates to information

Our information materials are regularly updated because registration rules vary during the year, and depending on the type of forthcoming elections.

Fees for sale of register data are set by Statute (Representation of The People Regulations 2002 and as amended) at £20 plus £1.50 per thousand entries. Only the Edited version of the register is for general sale, as it excludes all who wish their details to be unavailable.

Contact us if you would like us to send you the latest version.

Certificate of Registration

We can issue a Certificate of Registration as confirmation that an elector appears on the electoral register at a given address.

The fee for this (set out in the above table) will reference the current annual revised register in force. There is an additional fee of £7.50 for each additional year you may wish us to certify.

We can include all the names of the people from one address for this fee.
