A Community Hub has been established that is working to help coordinate the support offered by the Council working in partnership with Richmond’s many voluntary organisations.
About the Hub
Our Community Hub helpline can signpost you to the latest information and Government advice, as well as other services the Council can provide.
We also recognise that there are residents in our community who are vulnerable, perhaps due to age, or because they have certain medical conditions. Some residents have been identified as clinically extremely vulnerable as they have a very specific medical condition that makes them at higher risk of severe illness if they contract COVID-19. If you need more advice around this, you can find out how to get help if you are clinically extremely vulnerable.
From 12.01am on 6 January, the UK is in national lockdown - this means that you must not leave your home unless necessary.
For those who are struggling with finances as a result of COVID-19, our directory of financial support can help you see what help may be available, including support for businesses.
You can find out more about how Council services are affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
How to get help
If you or someone you know needs this support and they don’t have existing family, friends or other support that can step in, then please contact 020 8871 6555 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Hub is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
