• Councillor Thomas O'Malley - Personal - 10/0425/EN/UCU - RIVER THAMES VISITOR CENTRE, RIVERSIDE, RICHMOND Councillor O’Malley declared a personal interest in this item by virtue of the fact that he knew one of the registered speakers, Ms Wenman, but had not discussed the application with her nor formed a prior view.
