Concessions
Concessions on charges for late return, media hire and requesting books and other materials are available to:
- unemployed customers
- customers in receipt of income or pension support
- students in full-time education
- adults on Skills for Life courses or with an identified literacy need
In addition, customers who have a severe visual or hearing impairment will be eligible for free audio book and media loans.
Concessions on hall and room hire charges are available to registered charities and not-for-profit voluntary and community sector organisations whose beneficiaries are resident in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
Customers and groups will be asked to verify their eligibility for concessions.
