Gap analysis
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames will be implementing a new commissioning model for sport and cultural services from 1 October 2011.
The Council’s Culture and Sport Commissioning Panel is currently considering the services that should be commissioned. The first stage of this process is to map the full range of sports and cultural services on offer in Richmond upon Thames and to identify whether and where there are gaps in this provision.
The Panel is asking individuals and organisations involved in the development and delivery of sport and cultural services to help identify these gaps by answering the following questions and by sending in any further comments on gaps in provision.

This could be the lack of coaching in a particular sport or the need to provide educational opportunities in a particular art-form such as dance.
