Landlord advice service

The private landlord advice service is a new free service available to Private Landlords with properties in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames which can advise on the following issues:

  • Legal rights and duties
  • Insurance
  • Availability of improvement grants
  • Landlord/tenant disputes
  • Mediation
  • Advocacy

This service complements other Council services for landlords such as the Private Sector Housing Forum
