School workforce housing options
The LA believes that investing our time and energy into addressing teachers' housing needs is a priority and we provide a full range of housing provision to all teachers within the borough at any stage in their career. We co-ordinate an accommodation referral service, offering a range of properties at below market rental levels available for short, medium or long term occupancy.
The referral service includes a variety of local housing associations and landlords. Though liaison with local and regional housing associations, new schemes are being constantly researched and developed. This innovative area of expertise provides excellent support and reassurance to both potential and existing school workforce staff.
