The Pupil and Student Finance Section administers the following services for London Borough of Richmond upon Thames residents:
- Student finance for higher education students;
- Travel awards for 16-19 year olds in schools and colleges;
- Home to school travel grants;
- Entitlement to free school meals;
- School clothing grants.
