Richmond Council commissioned an independent survey to find out what location and production managers thought about the services provided by the film office.

The results of the online survey are based on 33 questionnaires completed by location managers between 7 August and 30 September 2009. Sixty-one location managers were invited; therefore there is a response rate of 54%.
