Fees

Payments made directly to us, can be paid in cash or by card, in person at The Register Office. Cheques to be made payable to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

• Registration officers attendance fees - The fee for the attendance of the registration officers, is in addition to the fees charged by the venue, for the use of rooms and facilities.
• 1 Spring Terrace fees - The fee for a civil marriage or civil partnership at 1 Spring Terrace, includes the use of the room and the attendance of the registration officers.
• Certificate fees - In addition to the fees for the civil marriage/civil partnership, there is a fee for the certificate(s).
• Notice of your intention - There is a statutory fee of £35 to pay for each notice given.

Credit card payments are subject to a handling fee. There is no handling fee for debit card payments.
