Making a booking for a marriage or civil partnership
At a licensed venue
If you have decided to have your wedding at one of our licensed venues, you will need to make a booking with the venue and then make a provisional booking with us for the Registration Officers.
You will need to make sure that the Registration Officers are available to attend your wedding before finalising your booking with the venue. Without the presence of the Registration Officers you will not be able to get married or become civil partners.
Bookings for the Registration Officers can be made up to one year in advance.
