Three-step step ladder that can fold to be more compact for storage.

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as there is no safety mechanism in place to prevent the step ladder from unintended folding. If the ladder were to fold while in use, the user could fall and receive injuries. The product requires improvements to marking and labelling.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
