Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the ladder does not meet the strength requirements, with the ladder able to bend and the rungs to become loose. This could cause the user to fall from height and receive injuries.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
