Trader's parking

Trader parking permits can be bought by Traders or residents, enabling the trader to park in a resident permit bay.

Scratch cards - Buy books of scratch cards. A convenient way to ensure you always have a permit to hand. Simply scratch off the corresponding details that are required for your vehicle to park, and place the card face up on the dashboard.

Pay as you go account - For the flexibility of paying for your trader parking as you go, with no upfront payments. You only pay for what you use. Book parking sessions either by your mobile or via the web, you can book multiple consecutive parking sessions in advance.

There is no limit to the period or number of trader's parking permits available. However, the Council reserves the right to refuse an application, or offer alternative parking arrangements as appropriate (we can issue either a Traders Pay by phone parking account or trader's scratch card permits after assessing your application).
