eBooks and eAudio

There are four services that can be used to access eBooks and eAudiobooks.

  • The eLibrary is great if you like to download to your device and read anytime anywhere.
  • Public Library Online is ideal if you want to dip in and out of a book instantly without waiting for downloads.
  • Naxos Music Library - music streaming service allowing you to listen to music online.
  • Naxos Spoken Word Library - eAudiobook service giving you online access to hundreds of books without having to download to your computer or mobile device.

eLibrary: Download eBooks and eAudiobooks

Our eLibrary contains hundreds of eBooks and eAudiobooks that are free to download, all you need is a library card, PIN and an internet connection

The quick start guide will give you all the information you will need to start using the service.

Items from the eLibrary can be transferred to selected eBook readers, mobile devices or simply read on your computer.

Public Library Online: Instant access to eBooks

Public Library Online - this service allows you to choose an eBook from a digital bookshelf. It’s ideal if you want to dip in and out of a book or read instantly online without waiting for downloads

Access while you’re on the move, or from the comfort of your own home, all you need is a library card and an internet enabled reading device such as a mobile phone or tablet.  

There’s no software to install or downloads, simply log on, choose the book and when you have finished reading log off.

Simultaneous access means that Public Library Online is great for use in the classroom or at reading groups.
