Library Services e-newsletter

The newsletter aims to keep you up to date with news and events in Richmond upon Thames libraries. We want our libraries to be centres for reading and informal learning: creative spaces where people can come to enjoy books, talk about reading, learn, explore, think and be inspired. We want hundreds of people to crowd into our libraries or join us online to find out exactly what we have to offer.
