After school clubs at Orleans House Gallery

Exciting weekly workshops offer budding young artists the opportunity to explore a broad range of artistic media and practice with our experienced gallery artists. Each term brings a varied selection of projects which are explored in group sizes of no more than sixteen, allowing participants to try more messy and adventurous media than may be possible at school.

Often taking inspiration from Gallery exhibitions or the work of other artists, our Art Club members benefit from being given creative opportunities in a relaxing and inspiring environment.

• Art Explorers, for 5 – 10 year olds, meets on Mondays from 3.45 – 5pm
• Adventurers, for 5 – 8 year olds, meets on Wednesdays from 3.45 – 5pm
• Young Artists, for 8 – 12 year olds, meets on Wednesdays from 3.45 – 5pm
• Evening Art Club, for 5 – 10 year olds, meets on Thursdays from 4.30 – 5.45pm
• 10:15 Club, for 10 – 15 year olds, meets on Thursdays from 4.30 – 5.45pm

During Spring 2013, Art Clubs run from the week beginning 7 January until the week beginning 18 March. Half term is in the week beginning 18 February.

During Summer 2013, Art Clubs run from the week beginning 22 April until the week beginning 8 July. Half term is in the week beginning 27 May.

Places on our Art Clubs are booked on a termly basis, and cost £8.50 per session. Each term lasts for 10 – 12 weeks, with a break for half term.

Places on the next term of Art Clubs are first offered to existing Art Club members, before being opened up to the waiting list. If you are an existing Art Club member and would like to book your place for next term, please visit our online booking system.

Octagon Art Club provides weekly sessions for young people with disabilities aged 11-19 and is open to members of Crofters or the Three Wing Trust, referred through these organisations.
