Housing Operations teams deal with Homelessness, Housing Advice, Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme, Allocations, Temporary Accommodation, Asylum and Resettlement and Residential Team Private Sector Standards and Enforcement, Grants, Domestic Noise and Nuisance and Pest Control.

Housing and Well-being

Housing and Well-being deals with Housing Strategy, Policy and Research and Housing Development.  

Performance

The Information Officer (Housing) monitors that our services deliver Best Value and that our performance is continuously improving.

Housing Operations has a range of targets to help us to keep track of how we are performing and to check that we are providing customers with a service that is improving.

Former Council housing enquiries

Housing Services no longer provides ‘Council Housing’, having transferred its housing stock to Richmond Housing Partnership, a newly formed housing association, in July 2000.
