Full Planning Application forms

There are four versions of the Full Planning Application form which can be accessed from the links below along with other guidance.

FUL - Full Application for Planning Permission

Use this form for most proposals for which it is not appropriate to use the Householder Form. This form should be submitted for new building/engineering works and/or a change of use proposal, such as the subdivision of a property or the conversion of a shop to offices. This type of application is normally used when all or most if the information is known prior to submission including the siting and design of buildings for example.

Use this form for all full applications to unlisted building works including renewal of a temporary planning permission.

FULL - Full Application for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent

Use this form if you require full planning permission (as above) to either alter, extend or demolish a Listed Building.

FULC - Full Application for Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent

Use this form if you require full planning permission and demolition in a Conservation Area.

FULA - Full Application for Planning Permission and Advertisement Consent

Use this form if you require full planning permission (as above) and require Advertising Consent.
