Building Regularisation fees

A fee amounting to 120% of the current plan and inspection fee for works carried out is payable on submission of a Regularisation Application.

Charges payable

The fee is based on the current cost for obtaining Building Regulation Approval for building work. Regularisation will probably cost more in the long term compared to applying before the work commenced.
