Your first telephone contact, to make initial enquiries should be made to the Student Finance Customer Support Office on the following number: 08456 077 577.
Each student finance officer in the Richmond upon Thames Student Finance Team is responsible for a range of students, allocated alphabetically by surname. If, once you have submitted your application, you have a query, contact the officer who administers the range in which your surname falls:
Surnames beginning A to L

How to contact us
You can telephone these numbers between 9am and 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 9am and 4.45pm on Fridays.
During the summer months, however, it may be necessary to operate an answerphone at particularly busy times. However, the answerphone is not a message-taking service.

If you wish to visit, you must make an appointment.
Making an appointment
Appointments can be made to see your appropriate Student Finance Officer between 9am and 4.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Telephone 020 8891 7508 to make an appointment for the following day.
If you require any particular assistance - such as an induction loop, a signer or an interpreter - please let us know when you make the appointment and we will do our best to meet your needs.
