Children over 10 years and 11 months are eligible for an Oyster ZIP card. It entitles you to free travel on the bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground and some National Rail services.
Any child under 10 who is travelling without an adult or looks older than 10 years is also advised to apply for an Oyster photo card. They may need a 5-10 Zip Oyster photocard to travel free or at child rate.
Many schools in the borough have Zip card application forms available from the school office or to collect from their reception information area. Alternatively please go to the TfL website for information on how to apply.
