This peaceful woodland garden contains Orleans House Gallery, which hosts a programme of art exhibitions throughout the year.
About the park
The woodland area on the right of the famous Octagon Room is very tranquil and is particularly favoured by artists when the Cow Parsley flowers during May and June.
Spring bulbs have been planted in drifts amongst the trees.
Visiting the park
Orleans House Gardens are accessible at all times.
The nearest stations are Twickenham and St Margarets, and the area is served by bus routes 33, 110, 290, 490, H22, R68 and R70.
There is parking available, but vehicle access is via Orleans Road and not Riverside.
