Library Volunteering Opportunities

We currently enjoy the support of over 100 volunteers working with the Richmond upon Thames library service, participating in a number of different activities.

Whilst we currently have a waiting list for some roles, such as Homework Help, you are still welcome to return an application form to us and we will keep you informed when new roles arise.

Current vacancies

We are currently looking for volunteers for the following roles:

  • Noticeboard volunteer (Borough wide)
  • Gardener (Teddington)

We also welcome applications from anyone with a specific idea or project in mind. So if you have an idea of how you would like to volunteer that is not covered by the role descriptions listed below, we would love to hear from you.
