Find a group to learn a new skill, or come along to one of our regular craft fairs.

Spring shopping

A return of our series of fabulous Craft Fairs! Come and join in with some relaxed shopping in Twickenham Library. We have a range of bespoke goods from local crafters. Come and find that unique present or simply treat yourself!

Handbells workshop

St Mary Teddington Bells is a handbells team who will be delighting us with a demonstration of handbell ringing. Come along to this musical event to find out more about this popular hobby and have a go yourself. This is a free event and everyone is welcome, no booking necessary.

Epsom Lace making demonstration

The Epsom Lace Makers group will be demonstrating different techniques from the fascinating craft of bobbin lace making from traditional to modern. Come along to this drop-in session and enjoy the exhibition and demonstration in a friendly environment. This is a free event and everyone is welcome, no booking necessary.

Quilt making

Come along to the drop-in session with Project Linus UK and have a go at ‘two hand-piecing’ techniques (materials provided) and the results will be made up into a quilt later to donate to a sick child. A great opportunity to learn a new technique and support this great cause! This is a free event, no booking necessary.

Knot Just Knitting

Join us at one of our knitting, crocheting and embroidery groups. Each group meets once a month between 10am and 12 noon. Just turn up with yarn and needles to join in!

Craft Fairs

Craft markets regularly take place at Twickenham Library, East Sheen Library and Ham Library.

The fairs host stalls, run by local people, selling unique hand-crafted goods including jewellery, stationery, beauty products, painting and homewares.
