Murray Park Hall venue hire

Suitability

Murray Park Hall is situated in the grounds of Murray Park. It is an ideal venue for a variety of functions:

• Community groups
• Meetings
• Children's parties
• Family functions

All rooms are on the ground floor with access for the disabled.

Availability

Murray Park Hall is available for hire:

• Monday to Friday - 9am to 11pm
• Saturday - 9am to 11.30pm
• Sunday - 10am to 11pm

The hall is not available to hire on bank holidays.

Layout and amenities

The hall is 14.5 metres by 10.5 metres and can hold 80 people theatre style and 60 seated for a dinner.

Bringing equipment

You are permitted to bring items of play equipment on to the property but do so entirely at your own risk. No liability will be accepted by the council in respect of claims arising from loss or damage to privately owned equipment or arising from its use.

No personally owned items of play equipment must be allowed to block doorways, passageways, entrances and exits and the hirer is required to remove any item of equipment we consider to be causing an obstruction or hazard.

Catering and kitchen facilities

External caterers are welcome.

Tables and chairs

Tables and chairs are provided but you, or your caterer, will need to provide all the linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking/serving utensils.

Kitchen facilities

There is a small self catering kitchen available.

Facilities available:

• Domestic oven
• Small fridge
• Sink
• Work surface space

Serving alcohol

If you wish to provide alcohol to your guests free of charge then you are welcome to do this. We do not charge a corkage fee for supplying your own drinks. The sale of alcohol is not permitted on site. If you are organising a charity event please contact a Lettings Officer for information on a Temporary Event Notice.

There is a car park available and buses serve the area. Whitton Station is located approximately 10 minutes away.
