The Enforcement Concordat

The Enforcement Concordat is a Code of Practice between Government and local Councils. It sets out what businesses and others affected by regulation can expect from the Council’s enforcement services. We have signed up to the Concordat and produced a Development and Street Scene Enforcement Policy.(pdf, 51KB) This means all Services provided by us are committed to good enforcement practices and procedures.
