We launched this staff policy in July 2014, accompanied by a range of training and awareness raising activities. We encourage other organisations to adapt our policy to help them adopt a policy of their own.

Richmond residents can access the accompanying e-learning module, which takes around 30 minutes to complete, by registering on our training platform Evolve. Instructions can be found on the Adult Social Care training page, along with details of other DVA training opportunities.
