Children's Workforce Development Team

This team is responsible for the delivery of the Children's Workforce Strategy(pdf, 375KB) that applies to everyone who works with children young people and their families in the borough of Richmond.

• Carry out individual and team training needs analysis
• Advise on professional pathways
• Procure and organise training and other types of professional development
