Changes to collection times

From week beginning 13 February your collection times may vary.

We are making some efficiency savings by modifying the routes which refuse collection vehicles use around the borough to collect recycling - this should save over £250,000 per year. As a result, you may notice your recycling collection crews come at a different time from usual. Your collection day remains unchanged. Thank you for your patience while the crews get used to their adjusted rounds.

What you need to do

Please make sure that your landfill rubbish and recycling is out by 6am on your collection day so that it can be seen by the crews and allows a double buggy or wheelchair to get past. If you think we have missed a collection, please report after 3pm on your collection day.
