Speech and Language Therapy Commissioning

A review of the Speech and Language Therapy service(pdf, 1313KB) was undertaken in November 2010 and updated in 2011.

In addition to the review, engagement with parents, professionals and speech and language therapists was undertaken in January/February 2012. The results of these surveys and feedback are as follows:

A procurement of the Speech and Language Therapy service took place between March and April 2012 and was be led by the Primary Care Trust. The service is now being provided by Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
