What are the aims of the Scheme?

The publication scheme for the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT) aims to:

• Provide the public with a single point of reference for the information that LBRuT makes available to the public, or intends to make available to the public in the future;
• Greatly improve the public’s accessibility to information that LBRuT has about the services it provides, functions it undertakes and the decisions it makes; and
• Develop a greater culture within LBRuT of openness and transparency to members of the public.
