Compact on relations with the Voluntary Sector

In 1998 the Government published its first "Compact” with the voluntary sector. This Compact is a written understanding between the two sectors as to how they should behave towards each other to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship exists

The Richmond Upon Thames Compact aims to build upon our existing commitment to partnership working by setting out our shared principles and the way we have undertaken to consult, involve and manage our resources together.
