Teddington Pools activities
Swimming lessons
12 week "Learn to Swim" lessons are offered at our Centre in 3 blocks throughout the year, starting in September, January and April. Our swimming lessons follow the Amateur Swimming Association Awards Scheme, which provides quality awards to motivate and reward the achievements of swimmers at any age and level.
Children's lessons
Children's lessons start for children from age 3 upwards. Enrolment for lessons is usually carried out 2 months before the start of the new course. View the Swimming Lesson programme
12 week courses are currently priced at £100.00 (non Leisure Card) or £89.00 (with a Leisure Card).
Adult lessons
Adult lessons are offered on a 6 week course basis and classes can take place both during the day and evening. Lessons are available for all levels from beginners to the more advanced. View the Swimming Lesson programme
6 week courses are currently priced at £49.00 (non Leisure Card) or £44.00 (with a Leisure Card).
Carer and baby/toddler activities
Carer and baby courses
For babies aged 6 - 12 months (we recommend babies have their MMR injections prior to joining these sessions). Sessions last 30 minutes and are held as 12 week courses with the aim of building a carer's confidence in handling their baby and familiarising them with the pool environment (carer to be in water with child at all times).

Carer and toddler courses
For children aged 1 - 3 years (we recommend toddlers have their MMR injections prior to joining these sessions). Sessions last 30 minutes and are held as 12 week courses with the aim of improving children's early water skills with carer support (carer to be in water with child at all times).

Course prices and booking instructions
12 week courses are currently priced at £88.00 (non Leisure Card) or £80.00 (with a Leisure Card). To book please print and complete in full an application form
(pdf, 516KB). Forms should be returned in person to Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, where staff will advise you of the next start date for these courses or you may enquire by telephone on 020 8977 9911.
