Overall responsibility for the Scheme

The Assistant Head of Legal Services in the Council's Legal Services Department has overall responsibility for the Scheme.

Monitoring and maintenance of the Scheme:

The Data Protection and Information Officer in the Legal Services Department has the day to day responsibility for the monitoring and maintenance of the Scheme.
