Registration services accessibility

If you have a disability

Literature is available in the following accessible formats:

• Audio-tape - standard compact cassette of varying lengths
• Braille
• Large Print - usually a minimum of 16 point print size, in a clear font
• Computer Disk

Facilities for persons with disabilities:

• Wheelchair access is available via the garden entrance at Spring Terrace.
• The toilets on the Ground Floor of Spring Terrace have been adapted in order to make them accessible for disabled users.
• Registration services are normally located on the first floor via stairs. If you require a downstairs room, please let us know when you make your appointment.
• Path and corridor widths are adequate for wheelchair access and there is a zero-step entrance to 1 Spring Terrace.
