In residential premises

The council provides a free (contracted out) service for dealing with some pest problems such as rats and mice in residential premises in the borough. If you are on Income Support there is also a free service covering wasps, bed bugs and fleas.

If you are not on income support you should contact a pest control company in Yellow Pages or your local Thompson Directory.

In commercial premises

The Commercial Environmental Health Team are available to give advice to businesses on pest control issues. We also enforce legislation to ensure that land is kept free from rats, mice and other pests of public health significance, for example, cockroaches and pharaohs' ants.You can ring Commercial Environmental Health on 0208 891 7994
