World music festival on Richmond Riverside, Terrace just North of Richmond Bridge
Richmond Riverside came alive to the sights and sounds of live music and dance from across the globe. In its sixteenth year, this much-loved festival offered the borough's residents and world music enthusiasts eight hours of fantastic free entertainment.
From the Caribbean beats of Tropical Storm and the sultry Jesus Cutino & Son de Cuba, to Karan’s Bollywood performance and workshop, everyone was on their feet! Zambula changed the mood with music from Uganda and the Congo before Toby Nowell's Runaway Wedding Band brought their own riotous melee of Balkan bebop, with Serbian songs, high speed coceks and Balkan brass classics. Dancing was unavoidable!

Thank you to all the bands and everyone who joined us on the Riverside. Despite the rain it was a great day and we look forward to seeing you next.
