Museum of Richmond recruiting for a Curator

The Museum of Richmond's board of trustees are looking to recruit a full-time Curator and Executive Officer to run the museum and inspire the next phase of its development.

The Museum of Richmond is a small local history museum and independent charity in the heart of Richmond. It holds a collection of over 5,000 objects and is open to the public for free, five days a week. It runs a lively programme of temporary exhibitions, school visits, family workshops and community events.

The role will involve promoting and developing the museum and maximising opportunities for community involvement.

The application deadline is midday on Monday 8 October 2023.

Interviews will be held between Monday 16 and Friday 20 October 2023.

It is hoped that the successful candidate would begin in post on Monday 3 December 2023 or close to this date.
