Richmond Local Strategic Partnership

The Richmond Local Strategic Partnership (RLSP) brings together the public, private and voluntary and community sectors to improve the quality of life for all those who live work or visit the borough.

The RLSP operates at a level which enables strategic decisions to be taken and allows action to be determined at a local level.

The Partnership is chaired by the Leader of the Council, Cllr Nicholas True. It is a non-statutory and non-executive group that meets three times a year. The RSLP is responsible for the Richmond Upon Thames Community Plan 2007 - 2017, which was partly developed by the RLSP partners and sets out the shared vision for the borough from now until 2017.

The RLSP also oversees The Richmond Upon Thames Local Area Agreement.
