Level 2 courses - riding on the road but lacking confidence

Level 2 courses are provided on-road in real traffic conditions.  On completing Level 2 you will have the skills and understanding to cycle safely in the local area, whether it's for work or leisure.

Each course consists of three ninety minute sessions - all of them held on-road apart from a short time off-road at the beginning of the first session when we assess your current level in order to know what ride and level of tuition would be suitable for you.

All courses start at 18:30 and finish at 20:00 and are held at the Curriculum and Training Centre (CTC) within the grounds of Richmond Adult Community College (RACC), Clifden Road, Twickenham  TW1 4LT.

If it is not possible for you to get your own bike to the course venue there are usually bikes available to borrow at no extra charge.

Level 2 Group courses are held during spring and summer 2010 and the dates and full details can be viewed by opening this booking form(pdf, 56KB).

Alternatively, cyclists who prefer individual tuition at this level with an accredited cycling instructor can book a Level 2 one-to-one session online.
