Cycling courses for adults

Adult cycling inTwickenham Cycling courses for adults take place in Twickenham during spring and summer evenings. The courses cater for complete beginners who have never ridden before, those who have learned to ride but need a little more practice or confidence before riding in traffic, and those who would like to know more about riding on roads and using cycling as a method of transport.

If you cannot bring your own bike we have a limited number of bikes available for free loan.

The courses also cover some theory and basic cycle maintenance. Each course (four ninety minute sessions) costs just £15.

The details of the final course this year are:

  • Course 4. Tuesdays September 16, 23, 30 and October 7: 6:30 - 8:00p.m.
