Here you can find links to the websites of companies the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames works with to provide parking services, and other websites which you may find useful.  We take to responsibility for the accuracy of the information given on these sites.

Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions - Provides the parking permit and penalty charge notice processing software, as well as the handheld computers used Civil Enforcement Officers on street.

Vinci Park - Provides on- and off-street parking enforcement, and manages parking suspensions

Parkeon - Provides the pay and display meters and RichmondCards used throughout the borough

RingGo - Provides the 'pay by phone' service for paying for parking using a credit or debit card over the phone.

Useful websites

Citizens Advice Bureau - A registered charity reliant on volunteers offering advice on a wide range of topics.  You can find information on their web site and they hold regular sessions where you can speak to somebody in person.  They may be able to provide legal advice and answers not available from Council staff or representatives or on this web site.

Her Majesty's Courts Service - Responsible for the registration of debts and issue of warrants in respect of unpaid penalty charge notices. It also handles Witness Statements made following receipt of one of its court orders.

London Councils - A voluntary organisation made up of London Boroughs and the Corporation of London with other non-voting members.  It works to provide a strong voice on behalf of Londoners and London Boroughs on many issues, including Parking and Traffic, and provides many useful leaflets to download.

Richmond upon Thames Citizen Advice Bureau - The local Citizens Advice Bureau

The Highway Code - A collection of rules for all road users which must be followed for legal and safe road usage. The site provides an electronic copy of the code with a useful index and links to related information throughout the pages.

The Parking and Traffic Appeals Service (PATAS) The independent organisation which deals specifically with parking and traffic penalty disputes. It is part of the Tribunal at Law, part of the Court Service.
