Permit prices were based on
- The type of permit
- The hours of operation of the community parking zone(s)
- The date of first registration and cylinder capacity or engine CO2 emissions of the vehicle(s)
- Whether the permit was the first or subsequent for your organisation.
Permits were only available for 12 month duration. Clergy permits were free of charge.
From 1 February 2011 refunds are calculated as the amount initially paid for the permit divided by the duration in months, and multiplied by the number of full months remaining on the permit from the time it is received by the Council. A £10 administration fee is then deducted.
